What are your opening hours at Phewa Cafe?
We are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, seven days a week including public holidays. Whether you need an early morning pre-trek espresso or an evening herbal tea by the lake, we are ready to serve you.
Do you take table reservations or group bookings?
Yes, we gladly accept reservations for trekking groups, breakfast gatherings, or dedicated work spots. Please call us at +977 61 540123 or submit a request on our contact page.
Is there fast Wi-Fi and power outlets for working?
Yes! We offer reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and conveniently placed power sockets both indoors and on our lakefront terrace. Digital nomads and remote workers are always welcome.
Do you offer oat milk, almond milk, or dairy-free options?
We carry premium oat milk and almond milk daily for all espresso drinks, chai, and matchas at no additional charge.
Are pets allowed in the outdoor seating area?
We welcome friendly pets on leashes in our shaded terrace seating overlooking Phewa Lake.
Do you ship whole bean coffee and what payment methods are accepted?
Yes, we package freshly roasted single-origin Nepali beans and ship across Nepal. In-store, we accept cash, Fonepay / QR code payments, and major debit or credit cards.
Can I order coffee beans or pastries in advance for takeaway?
Absolutely! You can call ahead at +977 61 540123 or message us to have your beans freshly ground or your pastry boxes packed for early morning trek departures.
Do you offer catering or private event spaces in Pokhara?

Are digital or physical gift cards available?
Yes! We offer both printed gift cards in our shop and digital e-certificates via email — ideal gifts for friends visiting Pokhara or departing on an Annapurna trek.
Where are your coffee beans sourced and roasted?
Our single-origin Arabica beans are sustainably harvested by smallholder farm cooperatives in Gulmi and Ilam, Nepal, and medium-roasted right here in Pokhara to highlight their bright citrus and floral notes.
Do you pack coffee kits for trekkers hitting the Annapurna trail?
Yes! We offer portable drip bags, durable stainless steel travel mugs, and sealed 250g bean bags perfect for brewing fresh coffee on the trail.
Can remote work meetups or small workshops be hosted at Phewa Cafe?
We love supporting local community meetups and skill-share sessions during quieter mid-morning or late-afternoon hours. Contact us in advance so we can prepare comfortable seating and power access.
